Something not working? Here’s how to get help

If something in HistoryOut is confusing or fails, a short description is enough to get started.

Please include your browser and its version, your HistoryOut version, the steps you tried, and what you expected to happen. If there is an error message, copy its text after removing any private details.

An example using fictional pages is more useful than a real history export. Please do not post browsing records, private links or screenshots containing personal information here.

HistoryOut can read only the history your current browser profile still exposes. It cannot recover deleted history. The history limits guide explains more.
